Our fee schedule is very competitive. There are no zone charges for remote areas and no add-on charges for photographs.

QUALITY REPORTS:

	Our final reports are unique and professional. All completed Premium Audits and Surveys are comprehensive laser printed reports, designed to meet your needs.
	Audits include a computer printed face sheet containing a recap of Audited exposures, a comparison of Audited to Estimated Exposures, Description of Insured’s Operations, and a Special Underwriting section.
	Computerized “Excel” audit worksheets are also available.
	Surveys include a narrative plus report form which addresses all pertinent Property and Casualty Exposures, a Diagram, Recommendations (when needed), a minimum of two Photographs. Upon request a property replacement cost estimate (Boeckh or Marshall & Swift) can be included.
